Welcome to AGOP Industries, a food products processing and wholesale company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of our food products ("Products") to you ("Customer").

2. DEFINITIONS

- "AGOP Industries" means AGOP Industries CIN: U46309UT2025PTC018419, a company registered in Uttarakhand, India.

- "Products" means the products sold by AGOP Industries.

- "Customer" means the individual or entity purchasing Products from AGOP Industries.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

- Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

- We ensure Food Products meet food safety standards and regulations.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

- Orders are subject to acceptance by AGOP Industries.

- Payment terms: Online and Cash on delivery

5. DELIVERY AND RISK

Delivery Terms: AGOP Industries will deliver products within 5-7 working days for local orders and 7-10 working days for outstation orders.

Shipping Method: Products will be shipped via courier/transport service, with tracking details shared with customers.

Delivery Confirmation: Customers will receive confirmation upon delivery.

Risk Transfer: Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery/collection of goods.

Damaged/Lost Goods: AGOP Industries is liable for damages/losses during transit. Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns/Exchanges: Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

- AGOP Industries is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

6. QUALITY AND INSPECTION

- Products are subject to inspection by Customer upon delivery.

- Claims for defects or non-conformance must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- Products are subject to our Return Policy.

- Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- AGOP Industries is not liable for consequential damages or losses arising from Product use.

9. GOVERNING LAW

- These Terms are governed by country laws.
