Eligibility: Refunds are considered for Products returned due to defects, non-conformance, or errors in order fulfillment.

Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Process:

    1. Customer notifies AGOP Industries of intent to return Products.

    2. AGOP Industries reviews and approves refund request.

    3. Products are returned to AGOP Industries.

    4. Refund is processed via original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Amount: Full or partial refund, depending on Product condition and reason for return.

Non-Refundable Items: Used or damaged products
